Sound, Voice & Listening
An experiential workshop exploring sound as a practice of listening, presence, and inner balance.
Through guided practices of breath, vocalization, and listening, participants will be accompanied through an accessible yet profound experience designed to cultivate calm, mental clarity, and a deeper connection with oneself.
Inspired by the principles of Nada Yoga and enriched by a mindful musical approach, the workshop takes place in a small group, in a welcoming and intimate setting.
No previous musical experience is required.
